Description
The Office of the City Management Information System (CMIS) is the primary responsible for implementing and controlling the technology infrastructure and systems that support the day-to-day functions and business-critical decision-making systems within the City Government of Sto. Tomas.
MISSION
To build a quality and comprehensive technology
infrastructure, provide timely technical support and deliver quality, cost
effective and reliable technology services and systems that are aligned with
the City Government of Sto. Tomas’ mission of providing “Aksyon Bilis” service
to its clients.
VISION
To be recognized as the
frontrunner in providing service excellence and implementing digital
transformation projects in the City Government of Sto. Tomas.
